  1. scope of application<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    These conditions of participation apply to all competitions held on the Instagram profile @injoy.official, unless otherwise specified in the respective competition post.<\/p>

    1. participation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.<\/p>

      1. procedure of the competition<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        The specific participation requirements, the prize and the participation period (start and end date) will be specified in the respective Instagram post.<\/p>

        1. realisation & prize determination<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          The winners will be determined at random from all valid entries after the end of the respective participation period. The winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If no response is received within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be chosen.<\/p>

          1. prizes<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            The prizes awarded will be stated in the respective competition post. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prizes is excluded.<\/p>

            1. data protection<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              Personal data (e.g. name, Instagram user name, address for dispatch) may be collected as part of participation. This data will only be used to organise the competition and will be deleted after the competition has been completed. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy (please link)<\/p>

              1. Exemption from Instagram<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The sole contact person and responsible organiser is CPF Freiburg.<\/p>

                1. Disclaimer & changes to the competition<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  The organiser reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to technical or legal reasons.<\/p>

                  1. legal recourse & applicable law<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.<\/p>
