General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded by CSF Consulting & Service Freiburg GmbH with consumers (§ 13 BGB). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Your contractual partner is CSF Consulting & Service Freiburg GmbH, Tullastraße 89, 79108 Freiburg im Breisgau (Local Court Freiburg im Breisgau HRB 724554). 3. Conclusion of contract
The contract becomes legally binding with the return of the signed order form.
4. shipping costs
There are no shipping costs for our device in Germany. For shipments abroad, the costs incurred will be invoiced. These can be requested in advance.
5. payment
Payment is made exclusively by invoice. You will receive the total invoice. After receipt of the total invoice amount on our account, the product(s) will be dispatched to you.
6. retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. liability for defects
If there is a defect in the purchased item, the statutory provisions shall apply. The assignment of these claims by the customer is excluded.
8. right of cancellation up to 3 weeks (only for distance selling contracts)

Right of cancellation:
You can cancel your contractual declaration within three weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The cancellation period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and not before receipt of these instructions. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. The cancellation by returning the goods is to be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation:
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. a usage fee for the use of the item) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a shop, for example. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel post must be returned. You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. You must fulfil any obligations to reimburse payments within 30 days of sending your declaration of cancellation.

11. applicable law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
